Overview
A top Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client was looking to utilize a commercially available medical engagement tool worldwide with its Medical Affairs teams.
Target
Perform a 3-month assessment of commercially available solutions, work with the client to select the best tool for its operations, and provide for the tool’s global implementation.
Solution Delivery
This program was performed in 2 parts:
Part I: eta one solutions guided the client through a 75+ point requirements matching assessment process to select a configurable, commercially available medical engagement tool (Monocl).
Part II: Following the assessment and selection effort, eta one led our client and Monocl through a 6-month implementation process that included multiple product modules, a widget view into our client’s Veeva CRM system and set up of an API feed to our client’s data lake.
